BESCHÄFTIGUNGSAUSMASS: in Vollzeit

SIE BEGEISTERN SICH FÜR ...

  • Fachliche Leitung der Kolleg:innen in der Logistik
  • Arbeitseinteilung und Koordination der Abläufe in der Logistik (Wareneingang, Lager, Warenausgang)
  • Umsetzung, Einhaltung und Optimierung der internen Regelungen und Prozesse
  • Organisation und Durchführung der Inventur, Klärung von Bestandsdifferenzen sowie Kontrolle, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Warenbestandsdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Erstellung und Auswertung abteilungsbezogener KPIs
  • Überwachung der Warenein- und -ausgangskontrollen
  • Kontrolle von Verpackungsmaterialbeständen sowie Organisation der Bedarfsmeldungen
  • Anmeldung und Organisation von Warensendungen
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Kunden
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und sonstigen Versandunterlagen
  • Organisation der Wartung der Flurförderfahrzeuge

... UND BRINGEN FOLGENDE QUALIFIKATIONEN MIT?

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik im Automotiveumfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP-Kentnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
