We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Links Car Wash. We have part-time, full-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Position Overview:

As a car wash Team Member , you will play an essential role in creating a positive customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and site presentation. You will assist customers, operate car wash equipment, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure every vehicle leaves looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Wash & Cleaning Services:

• •Operate automated car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• •Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and assist customers through the wash process.
• •Inspect vehicles before and after washes to ensure quality service.
• •Clean vehicle exteriors, windows, wheels, and other designated areas.
• •Apply cleaning products and treatments according to company standards.
• •Perform quality control inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service & Sales:

• •Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• •Explain wash packages, memberships, promotions, and additional services.
• •Process customer transactions and handle payments accurately.
• •Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• •Promote unlimited wash memberships and special offers when applicable.
• •Create a welcoming environment that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.

Facility Maintenance & Safety:

• •Maintain a clean, organized, and professional car wash facility.
• •Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues.
• •Ensure cleaning supplies and materials remain stocked.
• •Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and company policies.
• •Help maintain a safe working environment for customers and team members.

Team Collaboration:

• •Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• •Assist coworkers during busy periods to maintain exceptional service levels.
• •Participate in team meetings, training programs, and company initiatives.
• •Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• •Previous experience in a car wash, automotive detailing, retail, hospitality, food service, cashier, or customer service role is a plus.
• •Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be at least 16 years old.
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and lift throughout scheduled shifts.
• •Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• •Comfortable performing repetitive movements including pulling, pushing, grasping, and reaching.
• •Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
