Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Teamassistenz halten Sie unserem Expertenteam den Rücken frei und sorgen für reibungslose administrative Abläufe
  • Sie pflegen Stammdaten und führen Buchungen sowie Auswertungen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem durch
  • Die Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Listen sowie Datenauswertungen in MS Excel gehören zu Ihrem täglichen Handwerk.
  • Sie unterstützen das Team in allen administrativen Belangen und übernehmen allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben
  • Sie fungieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner innerhalb des Bereichs CoC Rail

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ersten Erfahrungen im Assistenzbereich
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (insbesondere Excel) ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen gearbeitet
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, gewissenhaft und behalten auch bei Termindruck den Überblick
  • Sie sind psychisch belastbar
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einer proaktiven Arbeitsweise
