Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber in Forchheim suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine Teamassistenz (m/w/d) im technischen Umfeld.

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung und Pflege von Aufträgen im SAP-System
  • Anlage, Änderung und Stornierung von Aufträgen
  • Betreuung des Röhrentausch-Prozesses
  • Erfassung von Röhrenausfällen und Freischaltung neuer Röhren
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Sperrvermerken und Unterstützung der Qualitätsprüfung
  • Bereitstellung von Material für die Fertigung
  • Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Aufträgen mit Produktion und Qualität
  • Pflege von Dokumentationen, Listen und Kennzahlen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Produktionsumfeld

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in SAP ERP wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
