Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich?

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung sowie Überwachung der termin-, kosten-, und qualitätsgerechten Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Steuerung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts mit sicherer Anwendung von firmeninternen EDV-Systemen
  • Ansprechpartner für ca. 30 Mitarbeitende
  • Eigenverantwortliche Personalsteuerung in Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung
  • Analysieren von Arbeitsprozessen sowie Identifikation und Weitergabe von Optimierungspotential
  • Mitwirkung und Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten in Projekten

Welche Qualifikationen bringst Du mit?

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene logistische kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Logistikumfeld, bestenfalls Erfahrung in der Kontraktlogistik
  • Kenntnisse von logistischen Abläufen
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • starke kommunikative Kompetenzen sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Offener Umgang mit Lean-Methoden
  • Routinierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
