  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: in der Wirtschaft (Bachelor/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung: idealerweise im Bereich Auftragsmanagement/ Supply Chain
  • Führungserfahrung: von Vorteil
  • Sichere Kenntnisse: in MS Office sowie idealerweise in SAP
  • Ausbildereignungsschein: wünschenswert
  • Sprachkenntnisse: gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Das erwartet Sie
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Auftragszentrums
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Auftragsdurchlaufs vom Kundenauftrag bis zur Auslieferung
  • Planung und Steuerung der Fertigung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Kundenanforderungen
  • Organisation der Materialversorgung inkl. Transport und Lagerbestandsmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb zur Lösung von Versorgungssituationen
  • Verantwortung für Stammdatenpflege, SAP-Prozesse (PP/MM/SD) und Reporting
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Leistungsbeurteilungen
  • Optimierung bestehender Prozesse zur Erhöhung der Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
