## Teamleiter automatisierte Fertigung m/w/d

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung, Motivation sowie Weiterentwicklung eines rund 20-köpfigen Teams, das im 3-Schicht-System fertigt
  • Vorausschauende Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung für eine optimale Anlagenauslastung und reibungslose Schichtübergaben
  • Sicherstellen eines stabilen, termingerechten Gesamtbetriebs unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Ausbringungsziele
  • Schichtübergreifendes Kennzahlen-Monitoring, schnelles Gegensteuern bei Abweichungen sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung am Shopfloor
  • Konsequente Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie enge Schnittstellenabstimmung mit QS, Instandhaltung und Logistik

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie idealerweise Praxis im Einsatz von Lean-Methoden und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung (KVP)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Empathische, durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und einem hohen Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und 5S
