### Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Debitorenteams
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Steuerung von Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungseingängen und Rückerstattungen
  • Überwachung der Offenen Posten sowie Klärung von Differenzen und Reklamationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mahnwesen/Forderungsmanagement zur Optimierung des Cashflows
  • Abstimmung von Debitoren- und Bilanzkonten inkl. Schnittstellen zu Zahlungsanbietern
  • Erstellung von Reports sowie Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Abstimmung von Bilanzkonten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP B1 oder vergleichbar)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel

  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägte Genauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken
