  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufteams inkl. Aufgabenkoordination, Priorisierung und Personalentwicklung
  • Eigenständige Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen im (inter)-nationalen Umfeld
  • Sichere Verhandlungsführung und vorausschauendes Vertragsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Lieferketten, Lieferantensuche-, Auswahl-, und Qualifizierung (m/w/d)
  • Lieferantenbetreuung-, und Bewertung (m/w/d) sowie Claim-Management
  • Stammdatenpflege sowie Auftragsbestätigungs- und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Verantwortung und Durchführung des Einkaufs-Reportings
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen sowie Kostensenkungspotentialen in bestehenden Einkaufsprozessen inklusive Darstellung der Entwicklung anhand geeigneter KPIs
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf in Verbindung mit erster Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse im Ausfuhr- und Zollrecht sowie in Logistikprozessen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP (SAP-R3 MM) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Einkaufscontrolling-Software, z.B. SoftCon
  • Hohes Maß an Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
