  • In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres Teams in Electronics als Teil des Technologiebereichs Electronics & Embedded Systems und gestaltest aktiv die technologische Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit. Du berichtest an den Creation Manager des Bereichs Electronics. Dich erwartet ein agiles und innovationsfreudiges Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und großem Gestaltungsspielraum.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teilbereichs im Bereich Electronics und entwickelst dein Team strategisch und operativ weiter
  • Du verantwortest die Entwicklung von elektronischen Baugruppen - von der Konzepterstellung bis hin zur Serienreife
  • Du stehst in engem und aktivem Austausch mit den Projektleitern, um eine reibungslose und zielgerichtete Entwicklung sicherzustellen
  • Du etablierst moderne Methoden, Prozesse und Werkzeuge zur durchgängigen, effizienten Produktentwicklung
  • Du stellst sicher, dass regulatorische Anforderungen sowie interne Qualitätsstandards in der Elektronikentwicklung konsequent eingehalten werden
  • Du förderst den Einsatz innovativer Entwicklungen und Fertigungskonzepte im Hinblick auf Performance, Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Du planst die Ressourcen deines Teams und koordinierst bei Bedarf externe Entwicklungspartner - in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management des Bereichs Electronics
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Führungskräften gestaltest du aktiv die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Entwicklungslandschaft mit
