Wir suchen dich als Teamleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) im Bereich der Installation von automatischen Transportsystemen am Standort Dresden.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau des Transportsystems zur Fertigungsautomatisierung in der Halbleiterindustrie
  • Elektrische und mechanische Montagen von Baugruppen und Anlagenkomponenten nach Zeichnungen unter Reinraumbedingungen
  • Durchführungen von Erstprüfungen, Inbetriebnahmen und Funktionsprüfungen der Anlagen bis hin zur Abnahme durch den Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten, Anlagentests sowie Erstellung von Übergabeprotokollen
  • Aktive Kommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Einhaltung des Arbeitsschutzes als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft für das Team
  • Aktives Einbringen bei der Definition, Implementierung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsabläufen in Projekten
  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf bzw. Industriemeister oder Techniker der Fachrichtung Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich der Installation von elektrischen Komponenten und Anlagen
  • Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team in kooperativer, motivierender Weise zu führen und zu entwickeln
  • Gute MS Office
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Team-, Lösungs- und Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Vorbildwirkung
  • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Teilweise Reisebereitschaft für Europa – wünschenswert
  • PKW-Führerschein ist erforderlich
