  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Entwicklung des Teams
  • Fokus auf nationale Kunden-, Vertrags- und Projektanforderungen
  • Koordination und Einteilung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter/-innen
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Kapazitäts- und Kompetenzmanagement in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung
  • Überwachung einer optimalen Auslastung sowie einer qualitäts- und termingerechten Arbeitsweise
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle angrenzenden Fachbereiche
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation, Ersatzteilwesen, S2000M oder vergleichbaren Datenprozessen
  • Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Englischkenntnisse auf EFSET-Niveau C1
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau C1 oder muttersprachlich
