Die Position

  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für alle technischen Prozesse
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Reparatur, Wartung und Instandsetzung der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Analyse und Beseitigung von Prozessschwachpunkten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Engineering, Qualität und den betrieblichen Führungskräften
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle anlagenbezogenen Fragen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Qualitätsprozessen sowie der Beschaffung neuer Anlagen
  • Verantwortung für Anlagensicherheit, Prozessstabilität und Effizienzsteigerung durch Produktivitäts-, Ausschuss- und Maschinenoptimierung  

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise im Maschinenbau/ Kunststofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im technischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in Kunststofftechnik
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung, bspw. als Technischer Leiter, gepaart mit einem positiven und motivierenden Führungsstil
  • Umfassendes technisches Fachwissen sowie ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie unternehmerisches Handeln
  • Positiver Führungsstil, Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Leidenschaft für neue Technologien
