Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fakturierungsteams
  • Verantwortung für die fristgerechte und korrekte Rechnungsstellung
  • Auftragsbearbeitung von eingehenden Bestellungen
  • Rechnungsstellung, Rechnungskorrekturen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Einfache Kundekommunikation
  • Terminüberwachung und Koordinierung
  • Versandvorbereitung
  • Dokumentenablage

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen / Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fakturierung, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Navision) und MS Office
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
