Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort Königsbrück Teamleiter im Bereich Fertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung
  • Vertretung des Fertigungsleiters bei Abwesenheit
  • Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Aktive Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten, anderen Teamleitern in der Produktion und der Produktionslogistik
  • Montage von mechanischen und elektrischen Baugruppen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Ihr Profil beinhaltet:

  • Ausbildung zur Elektrofachkraft oder vergleichbar
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office
  • Selbstständiges Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen und Schaltpläne
  • Fahrausweis für Flurförderfahrzeuge wünschenswert
  • Führungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
