  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden in der Fertigung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Fertigungs- und Montageaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Koordination von Auftragspaketen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen einschließlich Terminabstimmung und Abnahme der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
  • Sicherstellung der Anlagen- und Maschinenverfügbarkeit sowie Koordination der Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) in Industrie oder Handwerk
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Fertigungs- und Produktionsabläufe
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
