  • Für unser Neuanlagen-Team der Gebäudeautomation in Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Teamleitung:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams
  • Das Führen von Personalgespräche
  • Stetige Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams

Projektleitung:

  • Klärung (baulich, technisch und verfahrenstechnische Forderung des Kunden) und Übernahme von Projekten
  • Die kaufmännische Projektabwicklung: Aufmaßerstellung, Erstellung von Zwischen-, Abschlags- und Endrechnungen
  • Erstellung des Montageablaufplans und des Personaleinsatzes
  • Abnahmen bei Zulieferern und Überwachung unsere Subunternehmer inkl. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Einleitung der Übergabe an den Kunden sowie an den Service
  • Einweisung des Kunden, die Abnahme und Abarbeitung von Restpunkten

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Kenntnissen in der Gebäudeautomation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation, Energie-, Gebäude- oder Solartechnik
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungsprogrammen
