Was erwartet dich?

  • Zuschläge bis 200%
  • 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr
  • Einsatz: rollende Woche (zwischen Mo. – So.)

Was gibt‘s zu tun?

  • Führung, Motivation und Anleitung der Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortlich für eine gute und effektive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Sicherstellung eines optimalen Arbeitsablaufes zur Erzielung einer maximalen Qualität
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erstellung der Urlaubs- & Einsatzplanung sowie Kontrolle des Dienstplanes mit entsprechender Dokumentation

Womit kannst du punkten?

  • abgeschlossene Hotelfach-Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichender Position
  • gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • Führungskompetenz & Entscheidungssicherheit
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
