Die CFF GmbH + Co. KG beschäftigt sich seit mehr als 45 Jahren mit der Entwicklung, Herstellung und dem Vertrieb von funktionellen Cellulose-Fasern. Unsere ausschließlich aus organischen und nachwachsenden Rohstoffen produzierten Fasern kommen sowohl im Straßenbau, in der Bauchemie, in industriellen Anwendungen als auch in der Filtration und in der Lebensmittelindustrie zum Einsatz. Wir exportieren unsere Produkte weltweit.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Anleitung des Arbeitsvorbereitungsteams, Regelung der Aufgabenverteilung und aller Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung des AV Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontrolle von Prozessen in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und dem Lagerverwaltung
  • Funktion als Key-User bei der Einführung von SAP 4/HANA
  • Laufende Prüfung und Pflege von relevanten AV-Stammdaten
  • Schnittstellenübergreifende Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb/Einkauf/Produktion
  • Aufbau und Etablierung eines Lagerleitstandes (Kennzahlensystem)
  • Überwachung von KPIs

## Ihr Profil:

  • Meister im technischen Bereich mit kaufmännischen Kenntnissen, alternativ IHK Wirtschaftskaufmann oder vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung im ERP und Lagerwirtschaftssystem, idealerweise SAP 4/HANA
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
