Ihre Aufgaben als Teamleiter: in Asset Management Gewerbe:

  • Teamführung-,Motivation- und Weiterentwicklung
  • Strategien für Gewerbeimmobilien umsetzen und verbessern
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wertsteigerung der Immobilien sichern
  • Vermietung, Investitionen sowie An-und Verkäufe planen
  • Budgets, Kosten, Mieteinnahmen Kontrollieren
  • Immobilien bewerten und dessen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen erstellen
  • Dienstleister und Berater Koordinieren
  • Berichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung erstellen
  • Nachhaltigkeits- und klimaziele berücksichtigen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss im Bereich BWL mit Immobilien Bezug oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilen Wirtschaft
  • Erfahrung im Asset Management oder Property Management
  • Kenntnisse in der Wirtschaftlichen und Strategischen Immobiliensteuerung
  • analytisches und Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Idealweiße Führungserfahrung und soziale Kompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang und Erfahrung mit MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
