  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams in der Produktion im 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Aktive Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Ausbringungsmenge, Lieferpünktlichkeit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Analysen und proaktive Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Schicht-, Tages- und Wochenplänen
  • Operative Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen und Bericht an die Abteilungsleitung
  • Etablierung eines Höchstmaßes an Arbeitsschutz unter Einhaltung der Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Überführung der Projektergebnisse in die Praxis
  • Dein Profil:
  • Idealerweise Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Metall, Elektro­technik oder Lack- und Beschich­tungs­technik mit mehrjähriger Berufs­praxis in einem Produk­tions­betrieb oder in einem vergleich­baren Auf­gabengebiet
  • Erste Führungs­erfahrung mit Personalverantwortung von Vorteil
  • Vertiefte Kennt­nisse im Arbeits­schutz, Projektmanagement und Lean-Management
  • Expertise im Umgang mit Produktionskennzahlen und mit Lenkungsansätzen zur Erreichung von Produktionszielen sowie grundlegendes wirtschaftliches Know-how
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und grundlegendes Englisch
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office und SAP
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Motivations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Pkw-Führerschein sowie die Befähigung und Bereitschaft zur Gabelstapler- und Kranführung
