Teamleiter/in im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

Dein Job: 

  • Vertriebsverantwortung für die Niederlassung München inklusive allgemeiner Aufgaben im Bereich Organisation und Infrastruktur
  • Aktiver Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
  • Suche, Begeistern und Förderung neuer Kunden (Akquise)
  • After-Sales-Service
  • Vorbereitende Maßnahmen zur Führung eines Teams von 3-4 Mitarbeitern

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kaufmännisches / Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Dynamisches und begeisterndes Auftreten
  • Schneller Umgang mit einem ERP-System und digitales Mindset
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kundenorientiertes und kundenbindendes Wesen
  • Verkaufssignale erkennen und Kaufvertragsabschlüsse erzielen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Personalführung von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
