Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine\**n Teamleiter\*in Lager / Lagerleiter\*in (m/w/d) * in Vollzeit!

Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf der Führung des Lagerteams sowie der Analyse und kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse. Gleichzeitig erwarten wir eine hohe operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Führung und Motivation des Lagerteams
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Lagerprozesse
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Lagergeschäft
  • Kommissionierung und Verpackung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Wareneingang und Warenkontrolle
  • Einlagerung und Warendisposition
  • Allgemeine Lagerorganisation sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Gesucht wird eine engagierte, hands-on arbeitende Persönlichkeit, die sowohl organisatorische Fähigkeiten als auch praktische Erfahrung im Lager mitbringt und bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
