Zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Teamleiter\*in (m/w/d).

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung, Motivation und Organisation eines Teams im Bereich Gebäudemanagement
  • Planung und Koordination von Einsätzen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Ansprechpartner\*in für Mitarbeitende und Kunden vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Teamleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Reinigung, Gebäudeservice oder Facility Management
  • Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamgeist und Führungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
