#### Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teamleiter:in (m/w/d) Software Testing übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Testteams und treiben den Ausbau moderner, professioneller Testmethoden aktiv voran. Dabei gestalten Sie nachhaltig die Qualität unserer Softwareprodukte.

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Software-Testteams
  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung einer modernen Teststrategie (z. B. Testautomatisierung)
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Testprozessen, -methoden und -werkzeugen
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus hinweg
  • Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters in der Auslastungsplanung
  • Rechtzeitige Initiierung der Personalbeschaffung sowie Teilnahme am Personalrekrutierungsprozess
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Programmlinien, Product Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder im Bereich moderner Testmethoden
  • Förderung einer qualitätsorientierten Engineering-Kultur innerhalb der Organisation

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software Testing, idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion
  • Fundiertes Know-how in modernen Testmethoden und -strategien (z. B. agile Testing, DevOps, TDD)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Umsetzung von Testautomatisierung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Praxiserfahrung mit gängigen Test-Tools und Frameworks
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines und Testintegration
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISTQB Advanced Level oder vergleichbar)
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Teams
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gegenüber technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und gestaltende Arbeitsweise
