Teamleiter Labor / Laborleiter Chemie (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Teamführung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Laborteams (Chemielaboranten, CTAs und Techniker).
  • Labororganisation: Koordination, Ressourcenplanung und Optimierung der täglichen Arbeits- und Analyseprozesse.
  • Projektleitung: Steuerung von [Entwicklungs- / Analytik- / Validierungs-] Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Marktreife bzw. Serienprüfung.
  • Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsmanagement: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards ([z. B. ISO 9001 / IATF 16949]) sowie strenger Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien.

  • Geräteverantwortung: Überwachung der Laborausstattung sowie Implementierung moderner Prüf- und Messverfahren.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie (Master, Diplom oder Promotion).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einem industriellen Laborumfeld der Chemiebranche.
  • Führungskompetenz: Erste nachweisbare Führungserfahrung (z. B. als stellvertretender Laborleiter oder Projektleiter) ist von Vorteil.
  • Fachwissen: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der [z. B. Chromatographie (HPLC/GC), Spektroskopie, Polymerchemie oder instrumentellen Analytik].
  • Persönlichkeit: Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
