  • Du behältst auch bei hohem Warenaufkommen den Überblick und bringst ein Lagerteam gemeinsam voran? Als Teamleiter Lager steuerst Du die täglichen Lagerprozesse, führst bis zu 21 Mitarbeitende fachlich und packst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe in Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Versand und stellst Qualität, Produktivität und Termintreue sicher* Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein Lagerteam mit bis zu 21 Mitarbeitenden und verteilst die Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft* Du planst Schichten und Personaleinsätze und passt sie bei Änderungen bedarfsgerecht an* Du arbeitest aktiv im Lager mit und sorgst für Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie den sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von Flurförderzeugen
  • Das bringst Du mit…
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik und/oder Lagerführung.* Einen gültigen Staplerschein; ein Ausbilderschein ist von Vorteil.* Gute Kenntnisse in Lagerprozessen, Arbeitsschutz und dem sicheren Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen.* Führungskompetenz, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und klare, respektvolle Kommunikation.
