## Deine Aufgaben – hier blühst du auf

  • Tägliche Disposition der Touren in Abstimmung mit dem Verkauf
  • Erfassung aller Daten im Transportmanagement System
  • Optimierung der Routenplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer pünktlichen und frischegerechten Lieferung
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten Zwischenlagerung
  • Verantwortung für die Kommissionierung der bestellten Ware
  • Steuerung der Leergutströme, Erfassung und Rückführung von Transportträgern und Leergut
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Lager- und Logistik-Teams
  • Ressourceneinsatzplanung für saisonale Spitzenzeiten (z. B. Valentinstag, Muttertag)
  • Planung von Kurieren und kurzfristigen Sonderauslieferungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Betreuung der Verkaufsfahrertouren
  • Verantwortung für den Fuhrpark an den Standorten

## Dein Profil – das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufsverfahrung im Logistikumfeld
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Tourenplanung
  • Ausgeprägt Hands-on- Mentalität, Durchsetzungsverfügen und starkes Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und Lagerverwaltungssoftware
  • Belastbarkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken
