Dabei reicht das Leistungsspektrum von Kommissionierung und Lieferung medizinischer Verbrauchsgüter über Einkaufs- und Logistikkonzepte für Hersteller im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt bis hin zu speziellen IT-Lösungen. Unsere Kunden sind u.a. Sanitätshäuser, Homecare-Versorger, Apotheken und Kliniken.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Erkrath-Unterfeldhaus und Grevenbroich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Teamleiter Lagerlogistik (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lagerteams
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Lager- und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Planung und Durchführung von Teambesprechungen
  • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Förderung und Motivation des Teams
  • Einarbeitung und Betreuung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards sowie Einhaltung aller relevanten Prozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Organisation von Lagerabläufen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
