## Deine Aufgaben

  • Wareneingang: Einteilung, Koordination und Steuerung der Arbeitsbereiche
  • Personalführung, Mitarbeit in der Personal- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Prozessverbesserungen/ KVP
  • Ansprechpartner für den Kunden
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Prozessen und Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung & Sauberkeit
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Verantwortung für Kennzahlen, KPI, Tagestransparenz, Terminüberwachung

## Unsere Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
  • Berufserfahrung in mehreren Lagerbereichen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (idealerweise EWM), Lagerverwaltungssystemen und MS-Office
  • Überzeugungsfähigkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative sowie eine klare Ergebnisorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Schichtbereitschaft
