Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktives Mitarbeiten im eigenen Teambereich, wie Kommissionier-
  • oder Staplertätigkeiten
  • Leitung eines eigenen Teams von bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern
  • Motivation des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitsdurchführung
  • Bearbeitung von Checklisten und Wirksamkeitskontrollen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrungen in der Logistik
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung oder Potential zur Leitung eines Teams
  • Zwingend 3-Schicht (Früh-, Spät-, Nachtschichtwechsel)
  • Staplerschein oder Bereitschaft diesen zu erwerben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
