Zum 01.05.2026 suchen wir dich (m/w/d) als engagierte Führungskraft für unseren Standort Greifswald.

Aktuell suchen wir dich als

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Führung und Betreuung der Kundenberater mit einer Teamgröße von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern/innen
  • Kampagnensteuerung
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Sicherstellung der quantitativen und qualitativen Ziele
  • Steuerung der Projekt- und wirtschaftlich relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Coaching der Mitarbeiter/innen und Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Produkt- und Kommunikationsschulungen sowie Workshops
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen (Feedback, Zielvereinbarungsgespräche)
  • Erstellen von Gesprächsleitfäden
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bei einem Kommunikationsdienstleister von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und in der Steuerung betrieblicher Abläufe
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Verkaufsaffinität und Organisationstalent
  • Sicherheit bei MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrungen mit Dialer-Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Hohe Motivation und Arbeitswillen
  • Reisebereitschaft
