Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unserer Mitarbeiter im Customer Service
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Koordination von Kundendiensteinsätzen (Maschinenreparaturen, Installationen und Wartungen)
  • Unterstützung in der Personaleinsatzplanung sowie in der Bereitstellung von Betriebsmitteln für die Mitarbeiter
  • Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Serviceprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. als (m/w/d) Kfz-Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker etc.) mit Weiterbildung z.B. zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, Meister alternativ auch ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Bachelor Professional / Master / Diplom)
  • Organisationsgeschick, souveräner Kundenumgang und technisches Verständnis
  • Führungserfahrung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
