Für unseren Kunden in Bad Laer suchen wir einen TEAMLEITER (m/w/d) Endmontage, der nicht nur mitdenkt, sondern auch vorangeht.

## DEINE MISSION (falls du sie annimmst)

  • Du steuerst, überwachst und sicherst alle Prozesse im Produktionsbereich
  • Du optimierst Abläufe gemeinsam mit Produktionsleitung & Fertigungsbereichen
  • Du koordinierst Arbeitsabläufe, damit keiner im Kreis läuft
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Qualität kein Zufall ist
  • Du führst dein Team fachlich - mit Verstand & Rückgrat
  • Du unterstützt die Mitarbeiter, wenn´s mal hakt (nicht nur vom Schreibtisch aus)

## WAS DU MITBRINGST:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich (z.B. Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage - du kennst das echte Leben in der Produktion
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und Führungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken (Probleme lösen statt suchen)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen - klicken kannst du selbstständig
