  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verkaufsteam im eigenen Bereich führen und weiterentwickeln
  • Verkaufsziele, KPIs und Tagesergebnisse beobachten
  • Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung gemeinsam mit dem Management umsetzen
  • Personaleinsatz und Arbeitsabläufe auf der Fläche koordinieren
  • Warenpräsentation und Verfügbarkeit im Department sicherstellen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel
  • Fashion-Erfahrung und erste Führungsverantwortung sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Verkaufszahlen, KPIs und aktuellen Trends
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Was Sie erwartet:
  • 3.162–3.736 € brutto monatlich
  • Festanstellung mit langfristiger Entwicklungsperspektive
  • Erfolgsbonus von bis zu 1.500 € pro Jahr
