- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Werkzeugorganisation
- Einführung und Überwachung von neuen Fertigungsverfahren
- Digitalisierung der Fertigung
- Betreuung des Tool Management Systems
- Einführung und Optimierung der Zerspanungsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung neuester technologischer Erkenntnisse national und international
- Sicherstellung der technischen Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung
- Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsanforderungen
- Erstellung von Produktionskonzepten für neue Produkte
- Durchführen von Ideenworkshops, Shopfloormanagement und Unterweisungen
- Das ist dein Profil:
- Industriemeister Metall oder Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der spanenden Fertigungstechnik (Drehtechnik, Frästechnik)
- Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung (TopSolid) und mit einem Tool Management System
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die organisatorische Umsetzung
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
