# Ihre Tätigkeit

Als Teamleiter(in) organisieren Sie die täglichen Aktivitäten Ihres Ladens selber. Dabei werden Sie durch die Vorgaben der Organisation unterstützt. Ihr Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit Ihrem motivierten Team und Ihrem Regiomanager einen möglichst hohen Umsatz zu erzielen. Ihre Kunden spielen dabei eine große Rolle! Sie kümmern sich darum, dass die Präsentation im Laden jede Woche wieder aktuell ist. Natürlich motivieren, coachen und begleiten Sie Ihre Teammitglieder, lösen Ihre Probleme und sind Gastgeber(in) für Ihre Kunden. Sie arbeiten außerdem im Laden mit und verarbeiten die Fracht. Ferner kümmern Sie sich um die notwendigen administrativen Tätigkeiten.

## Ihr Profil

Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel und nach Möglichkeit Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion
Sie haben Unternehmergeist, arbeiten selbständig und haben Spaß daran, Ihr Team zu leiten
Sie sind sehr kundenorientiert
Sie haben eine flexible Einstellung
