## Was zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt

  • Koordination und Steuerung unserer Abwicklung im Bereich Im- und Export sowie Transport
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Personaleinsatzes im Team
  • Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Eigenständige kontinuierliche Prozessanalyse und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Festlegung von Abteilungsrichtlinien unter Berücksichtigung von Vertriebs- bzw. Kundenforderungen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
  • Lösung von schwierigen Sonder- und Problemfällen
  • Überwachung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Im-- und Exportbestimmungen und zollrechtlicher Vorschriften
  • Exportseitige Prüfung bei Neukundenanlage
  • Übernahme unseres Transportdienstleistermanagements, u. a. durch Performancereviews, sowie Erstellung und Verhandlung von Rahmenvereinbarungen im Bereich Transportlogistik
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des freigegebenen Frachtkostenbudgets
  • Festlegung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs in den Bereichen
  • Teilnahme an und Leitung von abteilungsübergreifenden Logistikprojekten
  • Funktion als Zollbeauftragter (m/w/d)

## Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Verkehrsfachwirt, Zollbeauftragter)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Im- und Export sowie Transport
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, SAP und TMS-Systemen (idealerweise AEB)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation und Belastbarkeit verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
