# Teamleiter (m/w/d) Instandhaltung und Vorrichtungsbau

### Organisatorische Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Entwicklung eines effizienten Vorrichtungsbau- und Instandhaltungsteams (4 Mitarbeiter)
  • Planung und Umsetzung des Vorrichtungsbaus
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

### Operative Aufgaben:

  • Termin- und qualitätsgerechte Durchführung der übertragenen Aufgaben
  • Einhaltung bzw. Durchführung der geltenden Vorschriften
  • Aufstellen von Wartungsplänen

### Aktive Mitarbeit im Bereich:

  • Vorrichtungsbau, mechanische Instandhaltung
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen im Unternehmen

### Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metallbauer, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Vorrichtungsbau
  • Idealerweise Führungserfahrung und Teammanagerkompetenzen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Vorrichtungs- und Maschinenbau
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
