Ziel der Position:

Der Inventory Teamleiter ist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Überwachung aller inventur- und bestandsrelevanten Prozesse im Lager. Ziel ist es, eine hohe Bestandsgenauigkeit sicherzustellen, Abweichungen zu minimieren sowie einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) zu gewährleisten.

Arbeitszeiten: 2-Schicht-System

  • Frühschicht: 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr
  • Spätschicht: 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr
  • In der Frühschicht wird auch samstags zeitweise gearbeitet; dafür wird innerhalb von zwei Wochen ein Ausgleichstag gewährt.

Hauptaufgaben / Tätigkeit:

  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Inventory-/ICQA-Teams
  • Planung und Steuerung von Inventuren sowie Bestandskontrollen
  • Analyse von Bestandsabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität im Lagerverwaltungssystem (z. B. SAP, WMS)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Lagerprozessen im Bereich Bestandsmanagement
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Versand)
  • Schulung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden im Inventory-Bereich
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise im Bereich Inventory / Bestandsmanagement
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP, WMS)
  • Erfahrung in Inventurprozessen und Bestandsanalysen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
