Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung eines kleinen Teams im Bereich Kunststoffupcycling mit Fokus auf automatisierte Sortierung
  • Organisation und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Sortierprozess
  • Ansprechpartner für technische und fachliche Fragen Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der F&E zur Implementierung innovativer Recycling- und Sortierlösungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Instandhaltungskoordinierung in Teilverantwortung
  • Mitarbeit, wenn dies erforderlich ist

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung oder Recycling, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der maschinellen Sortierung und Automatisierung
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
  • Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
