Als Teamleitung führen Sie ein Produktionsteam fachlich und disziplinarisch und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf. Sie planen den Personaleinsatz, stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher und arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Entwicklung und Administration zusammen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung des Produktionsteams
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktion gemäß Auftragsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Schulungen
  • Bearbeitung von Materialbeanstandungen sowie Bestandskontrollen
  • Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Maschinen- und Prozessstörungen
  • Pflege des PDCA-Boards und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im ERP-System (z. B. Buchungen und Bestellungen)

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, z.B. als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktionsteams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
