## Tätigkeiten

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Bereiche Fertigungssteuerung und Disposition
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Material- und Produktionsversorgung
  • Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen, Beständen und Kapazitäten
  • Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen und Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, Materialflüssen und Wertströmen
  • Umsetzung von Lean-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Logistik und weiteren Schnittstellen

## Profil

  • Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung bzw. Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld
  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Verständnis für Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kenntnisse in Celonis bzw. Process Mining sind von Vorteil
