## Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Technischen Innendienstes im Bereich Infrastrukturbau (Arbeitsvorbereitung, Abrechnung, Claim Management)
- Sicherstellen und Optimierung der Abläufe zwischen Innendienst und operativen Einheiten
- Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Fachingenieuren
- Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Angeboten und Planungsunterlagen
- Optimierung interner Prozesse
## Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Bau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Ingenieurbau/Infrastrukturbau und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Ausschreibung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
