Was dich erwartet:

  • Du führst ein kleines Team aus Zimmerern und Dachdeckern
  • Planst Einsätze, Material und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft
  • Packst bei Bedarf selbst mit an – auf dem Dach oder auf der Baustelle
  • Hältst Kontakt zu Kunden und koordinierst mit Bauleitern
  • Achte auf Qualität, Sicherheit und gute Stimmung im Team

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Ausbildung als Zimmerer, Dachdecker oder was Vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung auf der Baustelle – gern auch erste Führungserfahrung
  • Du bist zuverlässig, denkst mit und hast Bock auf Verantwortung
  • Führerschein Klasse B wäre super
