  • Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden des Materialmanagement Teams für Baugruppen und verlängerte Werkbank
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf sowie den Bereichen Operations und Service
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit in der Produktion
  • Weiterentwicklung der Disposition mittels geeigneter Maßnahmen mit Fokus auf dem Ziel der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Entwicklung aussagefähiger Kennzahlen innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen in Prozessen sowie die Entwicklung & Umsetzung fachbereichsübergreifender Lösungen
  • Initiierung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Lösung kritischer Versorgungssituationen
  • Vertragskonforme Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenfeld
  • Fundierte SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Umsetzungsstärke intern und extern
  • Ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
