Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Ainring suchen wir in Vollzeit ab sofort einen

Teamleiter operativer Einkauf m/w/d IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des operativen Einkaufsteams sowie Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung.
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Versorgung mit Handelswaren unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität und Menge.
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Bestell- und Auftragsabwicklung, inklusive Lieferterminverfolgung und Reklamationsbearbeitung.
  • Operative Betreuung, Bewertung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten sowie Koordination bei Versorgungsengpässen.
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Einkaufsprozesse, beispielsweise im ERP-System SAP, sowie Definition von Kennzahlen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Einkaufsleitung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf, der Logistik und dem Vertrieb.
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Betriebswirtschaft oder über eine kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der Disposition mit, idealerweise in einem Handelsunternehmen der Haustechnikbranche.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden und gehen Probleme analytisch und lösungsorientiert an.
  • Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP MM, sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und die Fähigkeit, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln, runden Ihr Profil ab.
