Die UST Umwelt-Gutachten GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gera und übernimmt bundesweit für unterschiedliche Auftraggeber Projekte zur Beprobung und Analyse von Baumaterial, Boden, Wasser, Luft.

Für den Bereich Probenahme suchen wir einen Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Zusammenarbeit mit 1-3 Probenehmer vor Ort
  • Herstellung von Schürfen an Gleisobjekten (Proben von Schottergestein bis 0,5m, Proben von Unterboden bis 1m)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts und der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit der Sicherung und Bauüberwachung der Auftraggeber
  • Identifizierung und Lösung von Problemen, die während der Probenahme auftreten können

Anforderungen

  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen zu verschiedenen Projektstandorten (durchschnittlich 3 von 5 Tagen/ Woche) und Nachtarbeiten (ca. 8 Schichten pro Monat)
