Seit über 40 Jahren sind wir Spezialist für Löttechnik und Wärmebehandlung. Rund 100 Kolleginnen und Kollegen fertigen bei uns Lötbaugruppen für den Maschinen- und Werkzeugbau, für die Automobil- und Nutzfahrzeugbranche und für hochwertige Messgeräte - in Vakuumöfen, Durchlauföfen und Induktionsanlagen unter Schutzgas.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

  • SCHICHTLEITER PRODUKTION (M/W/D)
  • Anlagen eingestellt, Material da, Teile in Ordnung - und ein Team, das weiß, woran es ist. Du führst deine Schicht durch den Tag.
  • Team: 10-15 Mitarbeitende
  • Modell: Drei-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Standort: 58730 Fröndenberg
  • Start: ab sofort
  • Du führst 10 bis 15 Mitarbeitende fachlich durch deine Schicht.
  • Du richtest ein, rüstest um, sorgst für Material - und gibst die Produktion frei.
  • Du stellst die Fertigungsanlagen ein und behältst sie im Blick.
  • Du leitest dein Team an und arbeitest neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein.
  • Du organisierst die Fertigung nach der Produktionsplanung.
  • Du prüfst die Ergebnisse: Qualität, Menge, Termin.
  • Du entwickelst die Fertigungsprozesse weiter, wo du Potenzial siehst.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, etwa als Vorarbeiter oder Schichtführer
  • Lust, dich in die Löttechnik einzuarbeiten - das Fachwissen bekommst du bei uns
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Klare Kommunikation und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Sicheren Umgang mit dem PC
