  • Fachliche Leitung des Teams Property & Infrastructure
  • Übergeordnete Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für Anlagen und Gebäude
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Baufirmen, externen Dienstleistern und Servicepartnern
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben mit Hinblick u.a. auf Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz, Energie- und Umweltmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung des jährlichen Investitions- und Instandhaltungsbudgets
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabenbereich
  • Branchenkenntnisse der Bauindustrie sowie der industriellen Fertigung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
